We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout our processes and systems. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.

This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in HR software, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. You will have proven experience in a human resources role in a children's home.

Duties & Responsibilities



Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Maintain employee records and ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date across HR platforms including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation schedules. Manage employee benefits administration and assist with payroll queries as needed. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Oversee social media management for recruitment purposes, promoting job openings and engaging with potential candidates. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems. Manage Rotas and hours per staff.

Requirements



Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position in a children home. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in employee records. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organisation. Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. To be able to complete monthly payroll and query any issues
