We are now seeking a

Quality Assurance Manager

to join our Warrington site leadership team and play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC and food industry best practice. Act as the primary contact for external audits and ensure we are always audit-ready. Drive a cultural shift from reactive checks to proactive quality assurance across the site. Lead and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Own and oversee internal audit systems, customer technical documentation, and supplier NCR processes. Support site operations with robust risk assessment, identifying and implementing corrective and preventative actions. Report on KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve both team and factory performance.

The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You

Strong experience in a QA leadership role within FMCG manufacturing (spirits experience desirable). In-depth knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC, FSI & ISO accreditation. A clear, logical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Resilient, pragmatic and commercially aware, with excellent stakeholder management skills. A natural leader who inspires and develops teams, driving high standards and a proactive approach. Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
