Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday

Hours

: 5pm - 3:10am

Job requirements of Quality Assessor:



Troubleshooting - 'Walking the factory floor' to identify any issues ahead of them arising and taking appropriate action. Dealing with issues as and when required.

Managing corrective actions - making sure corrective actions are completed within appropriate timescales and that the relevant documents have been completed.

Audit paperwork - Checking if the production paperwork has been completed correctly by production staff

Hygiene Audits, micro swabbing and micro sampling product

Lab work - analysing samples collected from production

Formal GMP, Fabrication and Process Control Audits

Conduct documented checks that a % of the production run is within product specification

Opportunity to work an overtime outside of your standard hours and potential career progression across other technical departments

What you will need:



To be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative

To have a good level of both written and verbal English

Ideally have experience of working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment

Ideally have Level 2 Food Hygiene/Safety certification

Pay and benefits:



Rate of pay - 15.31 per hour

Rate inclusive of 1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
Overtime - time and a third after basic hours

Pension - 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
