Due to continued growth here at T? Nant we are looking to increase the strength within our team, so we are seeking a Quality Assurance Officers to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview


We are looking for friendly, well-organised, and Quality-Focused individuals to join our operations team. The role involves tasks in ensuring products, services, or systems meet predefined quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and audits to identify defects, document issues, and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities



Testing and Inspection:

Perform routine tests, inspections, and audits to check product quality, performance, and reliability.

Defect Management:

Identify, document, and report defects, bugs, or workflow issues.

Root Cause Analysis:

Investigate the root causes of defects and quality problems to prevent recurrence.

Documentation:

Create detailed quality assurance reports, process documents, and records of quality activities.

Compliance:

Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.

Process Improvement:

Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes and production workflows.

Collaboration:

Work with engineering, production, and development teams to resolve quality issues.

Training:

Train other team members and staff on quality assurance standards and procedures.

Metrics and Reporting:

Track quality metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and prepare reports for management.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulousness in inspecting products and documenting findings.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication to report issues, provide feedback, and collaborate with teams.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Knowledge of QA Tools:

Familiarity with relevant quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Able to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.

Confident multitasker, capable of managing different priorities at once.

Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role is highly desirable.
