Job Summary

We require a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of a Quality Assurance Operative. The post-holder will monitor and verify all food safety, legality, and quality procedures as outlined within the company's Food Safety and Quality Management System while also ensuring health and safety.

Responsibilities

Daily verification of CCP's

Ensuring production operatives carrying out quality checks as per procedure and at defined frequency

Ensuring quality records completed correctly

Monitor compliance with Good Hygiene and Good Manufacturing practices

Complete Daily Floor walks around production areas and highlight any nonconformances

Monitor wastage

Experience

A minimum of 1 year experience within the food industry

Ability to work alongside Technical and production to resolve day-to day issues

Good knowledge of GMP & GHP

Effective communication with employees at all levels from operatives, supervisors and managers.

Desired

A Food related qualification
