About the role

ProAmpac is seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Lincoln. This role is key to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on driving continuous improvement whilst working closely with other departments to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO, SQF, BRC, GFSI). Collaborate with Manufacturing to maintain QA procedures and product conformance. Lead and develop the QA and Cleaning teams, including training, scheduling, and recruitment. Manage customer complaints and product rejects, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor site quality metrics and implement countermeasures. Support external audits and internal training programs. Deliver engaging, job-specific training for production staff. Champion continuous improvement and safety across the site.

What we're looking for

Experience in quality assurance, complaints handling, or manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (printing/conversion a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams, and Outlook. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work environment & physical demands

Manufacturing setting with potential exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals. Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Use of lab and office equipment daily.
