Job Description

Aire Space is a fast-growing property management company for short term holiday lets. With our growing portfolio we are excited to be expanding our team in Edinburgh.

We are currently recruiting Quality Checkers to ensure our enlisted properties are cared for to the highest standards. Quality checkers report back to management, detailing any issues with the cleanliness, maintenance and damage that may impact a guest's stay.

You will be required to visit multiple properties across Edinburgh to complete checklists, video documenting, collection and replenishment of stock, light cleaning and reporting back to your line manager. Full training will be provided but efficiency with technology is essential.

Your own ULEZ Compliant car is mandatory for this role. Usual hours of work are 12-4 pm over 5 days including most weekends. Occasionally hours between 10 and 12pm may be required. A total of 20 hours with 2 complete days off per week. Mileage & expenses paid, immediate start available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
