Accurate processing of data/audit to ensure that auditable evidence is in place for any funding claims in line with the requirements of the contract.

Provide customer service support face to face, online and over the telephone to all stakeholders internal and external.

Key Responsibilities





Conduct regular internal audits of employability contracts in line with DWP guidelines Produce detailed risk analyses and reports for senior leadership Deliver 1:1 training and written guidance to front-line staff on compliance issues Liaise with stakeholders to manage ongoing contract compliance and audits Forecast financial trends based on contract performance data Maintain GDPR standards and safeguard sensitive MAPPA client files Create training material and ensure consistent implementation of best practices Support administration team performance and train on data handling/auditing systems Process financial documentation, such as purchase requisitions, orders, invoices. Supporting the leadership team with quality and compliance performance excellence. Provide reports from databases to support the effective management of provision Perform any additional requests in line with the key responsibilities of this role

Key Performance Indicators



Full ownership of monthly internal audits Handling all compliance queries with internal/external stakeholders Timely processing of financial invoices Regular communication with leadership team to maintain efficient operations. Delivery of compliance training for all new Employment Coaches Successful maintaining of a prioritised workload

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Qualifications and specific training

EXCEL Expert (essential) Word/PowerPoint (essential) GCSE Maths/English (essential) AI knowledge (desirable)

Experience

Data proficient (essential) Strong verbal and written communicator (essential) Welfare to Work /Skills programmes (desirable) Coaching (desirable)

Knowledge

Proficient In Excel (essential) Proficient in analysing data (essential)
