We are looking for a full-time experienced Quality, Compliance & IQA Supervisor to incorporate various internal admin processes, ensuring top level compliance and accuracy in preparation for audits with external awarding bodies, maintaining all standards and accreditations.
The role involves maintaining and enhancing processes, procedures and documentation to support industry compliance and business growth.
Assisting with course administration and certifications.
Internal Management Systems process Gatekeeper (including Dante (CRM)).
Ensuring that all machinery and equipment has in-date test certificates and are monitored for compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Create, organise and develop the Management System in line with industry Awarding Bodies certifications
Act as Management Systems Gatekeeper to maintain document control and updates
Work with various pre-accreditation schemes
Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits and accreditations
Identify and address gaps in processes, procedures or documentation
Maintain legal and audit registers, ensuring compliance with regulations
Provide guidance and support to teams on internal policies and procedures
Drive continual improvement of management systems and business processes
Re-accreditation of all registered courses
Course administration and certification
Inductions for new staff covering all company processes and procedures
Instructor qualification matrix
Vehicle/Machinery/Equipment matrix
Completion on annual supplier documents
Essential Requirements
Level 4 in either Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or External Quality Assurance (EQA) Award
NEBOSH
3+ years' experience in an IQA/EQA Role
Quality/Compliance Background
Experience with Awarding Bodies and external audits
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Sharepoint
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships
Desirable Requirements
Industry specific knowledge
Knowledge of Dante (CRM) System
