Salary: Circa 30,000 (dependant on experience and hours)
Full Time position, Permanent Contract. 4 full days can be considered as a minimum Part Time, subject to pro-rata reduction in salary.
Location: Dundee
Mon - Fri, 9-5, option of 35 hr or 37.5 hr week, office based.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Forfar Agency, which serves its core area of Angus & Dundee.
About the role:
This is a crucial role ensuring that the agency exceeds its regulatory obligations and maintains high quality standards, also involving support duties enabling the Agents and other team members to maximise time spent serving existing and prospective customers.
This will include assessments of customer phone calls, preparation for audits and monthly Compliance returns as well as management of our accounts system which will involve client contact in resolving issues.

About you:
Experience of working in a busy, team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous coaching and development experience.
Systematic and organised with attention to detail.
Polite professional manner, confident on the phone and with IT.
Numerate. Articulate, both verbally and in writing, with good spelling and grammar.
A passion for process improvement.
Experience of working in a regulated working environment desirable.
You will preferably be able to demonstrate the above in your previous employment but this need not have been within insurance.
