Summary



We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in GB, this role is vital in ensuring our operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, supporting our mission to provide reliable and innovative IT services.

Key Responsibilities Quality Management



Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 & 20000 standards. Lead internal audits, non-conformance reviews, and corrective action processes. Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to measure service quality and process adherence. Collaborate with Service Desk, NOC, Professional Services, and other teams to drive service excellence through standardised processes and continual improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Governance



Own and manage all company policies and procedures ensuring version control, accessibility, and compliance with ISO, GDPR, DPA 2018, and other relevant UK legislation. Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) liaison, supporting audits, DPIAs, and compliance reporting. Oversee supplier and third-party due diligence, ensuring appropriate data protection and information security controls are in place. Maintain compliance against frameworks such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and Microsoft Partner requirements. Support governance committees and management reviews, ensuring risks and opportunities are captured and tracked.

Microsoft Solution Partner Programme



Manage compliance with Microsoft Solution Partner designations (e.g., Modern Work, Infrastructure, Security). Maintain partner portal documentation, competencies, and evidence submissions. Track certifications, accreditations, and training requirements across technical teams to retain and progress partner status. Liaise with Microsoft Partner Centre and Managed247's Partner Development Manager to ensure full programme alignment.

Audit and Certification Management



Coordinate internal and external audits Prepare management review packs, evidence logs, and corrective action reports. Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Continuous Improvement



Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and service policies across departments. Lead root cause analysis and service improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and operational excellence across the organisation.

Other Responsibilities



Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards. Monitor ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and certifications. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance across all functions. Maintain documentation related to compliance activities. Keep abreast of changes in regulations affecting the IT services sector. Provide training and guidance on compliance matters. Support the company's commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement. Proven experience in compliance management within the IT or technology sector. Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001. Excellent analysis skills for assessing compliance data. Ability to develop clear policies and procedures. Strong communication skills for training and collaboration. Attention to detail and organisational skills. Relevant certifications in compliance or quality assurance are a plus. Experience with audit processes is desirable.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
