You have an opportunity to be part of this in the role of Quality & Compliance Officer, which plays a key role in shaping and expanding our offer to meet both local needs and national priorities.

We're looking for a dedicated Quality & Compliance Officer to join our Adult, Family & Community Learning Service. In this key role, you'll work alongside the Quality & Improvement Manager and Learning Managers to uphold the integrity and quality of learning delivered through Doncaster Council's AFCL provision. You'll lead on quality assurance, compliance, and performance monitoring, helping us deliver tailored, high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our communities.

What you'll do:



Quality assure AFCL course delivery and conduct internal verification across accredited provision. Support tutors and assessors in maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment. Lead standardisation activities and contribute to continuous improvement processes. Liaise with awarding organisations, external verifiers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth verification. Conduct deep dives and observations of teaching and learning, in line with Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework and provide developmental feedback. Maintain accurate records and contribute to performance reporting and audit processes. Promote career mapping and the importance of CEIAG (Careers Education, Information, Advice & Guidance) within delivery.
