Homecare For You is a specialist provider of high quality home care services. We are looking for a kind and compassionate person who is interested in caring for the elderly and vulnerable, in their own homes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Previous experience working at a management level in care is essential as you will be monitoring, reviewing, and auditing all aspects of the care provided to vulnerable individuals. All training needs will be provided for you, including the opportunity to gaining a higher level diploma in Health and Social Care.
Requirements:
To have empathy and understanding
To be reliable and willing to work for the best interests of the people we care for
To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
To be familiar with Electronic Call Monitoring and Digital Care Management systems, within the Care Sector.
Be computer literate and confident with Windows and MS Office
To be a driver (with your own transport)
