Quality & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

to help drive quality, organisation, and consistency throughout the business.

About the Role:


This hands-on position combines product quality, workplace organisation, and process improvement. You'll take responsibility for ensuring quality standards are upheld in every area -- from assembly to stock handling, from SOP documentation to uniform presentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and maintain product quality throughout production. Record non-conformances, identify root causes, and support corrective actions. Implement and sustain

5S workplace organisation

across all departments. Carry out regular

quality walkarounds

and daily checks. Create and update

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

. Support

onboarding and training

of new staff. Uphold company standards in work area presentation, cleanliness, and uniform. Support stock take accuracy and process discipline. Lead small continuous improvement projects that make lasting change.

Skills and Attributes:



Previous experience or strong interest in

quality assurance

or

continuous improvement

. Organised, proactive, and confident communicating with teams. Hands-on approach with great attention to detail. Familiarity with

5S, Lean, or process improvement

(training provided if needed). Competent with Excel and Microsoft Office for reports and tracking.
