Job Responsibilities:

Verify that all outgoing orders match the job, ensuring equipment quantity and specifications are correct. Conduct thorough quality checks on packed items to confirm that they are clean, functional, and properly labelled. Ensure each order is packed securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Confirm that dispatches are sent to the correct client or event location, cross-checking with order documentation. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to maintain smooth daily workflows. Track and record order status, issues, or discrepancies, and communicate them promptly to the Quality and Warehouse Manager. Support in implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and checklists. Oversee warehouse readiness for daily operations including cleanliness, organization, and equipment availability. Assist in training warehouse staff on proper packing and quality control procedures. Report and help resolve any equipment faults, missing items, or order inaccuracies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in quality control, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with IT equipment (preferred but not required). Basic computer literacy for order tracking and reporting.
