Role Overview

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards by ensuring all manufactured fasteners meet stringent quality specifications. You'll inspect products using a range of precision measuring tools and ensure that technical drawings and specifications are followed with exacting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspection of non-standard fasteners throughout the production process, from first off to final inspection Use various measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers, thread gauges) to validate product dimensions and tolerances Interpret and verify products against technical and engineering drawings Document and report any non-conformances or deviations from quality standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities Pack products appropriately to avoid any damage in transit

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years experience in the fastener manufacturing industry

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical/engineering drawings Skilled in the use of manual and digital measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Clear communicator with good documentation/reporting skills

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
