We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual who can work within a team of Housing professionals to be responsible for the quality control inspection of construction and improvements contracts within the Housing Capital Investment programme.
You will be required to monitor and enforce all Health and Safety on complex construction activities and provide a high level of technical advice and support on construction projects.
You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the Construction Industry.
A good knowledge of current housing issues, legislation and best practice are essential to this role along with excellent interpersonal skills.
