The Role

The Quality Control Manager will be taking the lead on and then owning thereafter, the transition process of bringing manufacturing in-house! The successful Quality Control Manager will have prior experience within medical device manufacturing process implementation and document creation and will work across the whole project lifecycle to guide the business through this exciting and pivotal point of change! You will also be growing out a team around you as you develop this key function for the company and the position has fantastic progression opportunities as the company grows.

The Quality Control Manager will join a giant in their field, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining a growing start-up medical device company who have extensive funding and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working closely with world-leading experts in their field! You will be joining a Medical Device company with a global presence across, UK, Europe and the US, whose dedication to their industry truly saves lives and is having a huge impact on wider scientific research! The Quality Control Manager will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is full-time in office, based-in Oxford.

What\xe2\x80\x99s Required?

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

A strong prior experience dealing with in-house manufacturing - ideally focussing on medical device quality control

Prior experience supporting a business in implementing an in-house manufacturing process from scratch!

A good understanding of medical device regulations, relevant ISO standards & experience of GMP for medical devices
