Be fully conversant with the Construction Design and Management Regulations and
liaise with the Site Manager as necessary.
Assist Stock Condition & Technical Officers by undertaking stock condition surveys on
WSHA's housing stock, consisting of individually surveying each property and allassociated internal and external common areas.reports.
