JOB TITLE: Quality Document Control Officer

JOB TYPE:

Permanent Contract

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break)

SALARY RANGE:

25,000 per annum

JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of quality document systems to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, including: + Change control
+ Complaints and deviations
+ Pest Control System Management
+ SOP Management
+ Supplier Management
+ Training
Data review, KPI monitoring, generation of trend reports and presentation preparation Batch documentation review and approval Continuous improvement of the Micronclean Quality Management Systems to drive system efficiency.

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

Good communication skills Good Microsoft Office skills Good attention to detail with ability to analyse and present data


Desirable:

Full driving license Previous experience in a laundry or manufacturing environment
