Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise analysis and inspections to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties

Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using standard laboratory techniques. Conduct inspections and tests in accordance with HACCP protocols to ensure compliance with safety standards. Document all test results accurately and maintain detailed records in accordance with company procedures. Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods to improve testing efficiency. Monitor laboratory equipment, perform calibration, and ensure proper maintenance to guarantee accurate results. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the laboratory setting.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in quality assurance or laboratory analysis roles. Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within a manufacturing environment. Strong analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data recording. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and safety protocols. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Relevant qualifications in science or related fields are desirable but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
