Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical testing equipment (training provided where needed). Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The ability to make sound, intuitive decisions when assessing test results or identifying quality issues - knowing when to take action independently and when to escalate.
