Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer stock is stored and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires someone with a strong work ethic and energy to learn given further development opportunities into the realms of stock control will be available.
Duties
Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record, process and analyse goods failing to meet storage standards. Cleaning of pick faces and warehouse areas to ensure goods are available for picking with speed at all times. Processing of customer returns. Collaborate with picking teams to address quality issues and develop corrective actions. Prepare reports on quality findings and present them to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding of warehouse operations. Ability to use scanners. Basic Excel knowledge desirable. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
