What You'll Do:



In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to expert for food safety, quality checks, and compliance across our production lines. You will:

Monitor and audit

critical control points

and maintain accurate records Ensure our

products meet customer specifications

throughout production Challenge and escalate any food safety or quality concerns

Inspect incoming raw materials

and verify they meet strict quality standards Make real-time decisions on

raw material usage

and hold non-conforming products Conduct

shelf-life sampling, allergen testing

, and hygiene checks Work closely with production teams to

enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

and ensure full compliance with

HACCP and quality systems


What We're Looking For:



We're seeking someone who is quality-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator. Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment

A working knowledge of

fresh produce

, food safety, and hygiene

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

Strong communication skills and confidence to interact across all departments

Attention to detail

and a proactive attitude The ability to work independently as well as part of a team A friendly, professional, and approachable personality Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demand

Knowledge of

specifications and raw material standards

Solid computer literacy, especially with Outlook and basic data entry A proven track record in

quality assurance or control
