Browns Food Group is looking for a motivated and detail driven Quality Controller to join our Technical Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in food quality within a supportive, fast paced manufacturing environment - full training provided.

6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
13.10 per hour - Weekend overtime available

You'll play a key part in ensuring our products consistently meet customer specifications and high quality standards by carrying out day to day quality monitoring across the site.

CCP and scale checks Product, room and process temperature monitoring Sampling and microbiological swabbing Glass and hard plastic audits Probe calibration checks Cleaning and hygiene audits (as required) Supporting positive product release when needed Assisting the Technical Team with investigations Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety and hygiene procedures A proactive, reliable and organised individual Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Previous quality or food manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential Weekly pay Day shift Monday to Friday Optional weekend overtime Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to gain hands on experience within a respected food manufacturing business
