As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Controller to support our operations team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

About the Role

As a Quality Controller within our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all installation works and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks. You will work closely with installers, project managers, and compliance officers to monitor works across various domestic retrofit schemes including ECO4 and GBIS.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site and remote inspections of installation works when required. Ensure compliance with PAS2035, TrustMark, and relevant industry standards. Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the operations team. Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings. Provide feedback and training support to field teams to maintain high-quality workmanship. Assist in the preparation for external audits and accreditations.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a quality control or compliance role within the construction or energy efficiency sector. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A full UK driving licence is essential.
