HG Offsite Solutions - Modular Bathroom Manufacturer, part of HG Construction Group

HG Offsite Solutions are a modular bathroom POD manufacturer, working with our parent company HG Construction to deliver quality and reliable goods across the UK.

We have projects across hotels, residential and student accommodation and now require a Quality Controller, You will be responsible for ensuring the agreed quality standards are met across all of our products. Working within in a fast-paced, dynamic, modern environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out Bathroom Pod Audits to schedule and report findings in a constructive manner Day to day audit trails to ensure products meet the agreed quality standard Proactively contribute to improvement initiatives and campaigns Challenge any poor practice in assembly or defective products in process and seek and immediate resolution with the team Actively seek to monitor and ensure process compliance and offer suggestions for improvements Build working relationships across all areas of the business

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in Quality Inspection or Quality Control is essential Must understand the importance of process and the resulting impact on product quality Computer literate inc Microsoft Office applications Good interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail A knowledge of modular manufacturing processes would be advantageous
Hours of work:-

Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 17.00 Friday 7.30 - 11.30 overtime paid at 1.5x rate
