Job Description

Overview of the role

To ensure quality product is manufactured adhering to GMP standards, regulations and compliance.


Main Responsibilities
Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies, procedures and programs that enhance overall effectiveness of the operating unit. Ensures efficient use of human resources, by regularly monitoring work activities, setting performance expectations, and measuring results, and providing feedback to employees daily. Maintains focus on high safety performance, high quality performance, and high productivity performance. Ensures equipment is ready for use before processing or cleaned or calibrated. Emphasis on efficient use and scheduling of shared use equipment. Assists in troubleshooting and problem-solving when process or personnel issues arise; ensures timely resolution. Release unlicensed specials products for sale to customers. Ensure strict compliance GMP regulations Work with quality team on all relevant matters. Ensure staff receive initial continued training on required SOPS. Assist with complaints.

Key knowledge and skills required:



2 years GMP experience Analytical laboratory and experience desirable 5 years' formulation experience preferred but not essential
