Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team in Monmouthshire, Wales. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our quality management systems, ensuring products and processes meet internal and external standards. You will work closely with operational teams to monitor compliance, carry out regular audits, and implement corrective actions as needed. Your expertise will be essential in supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing training and guidance to staff on best quality practices. You will also prepare reports for management, track key performance indicators, and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies as required.
