Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer

Salary: 30,000-42,500 (DOE)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Flexible working with core hours and an early Friday finish

We're growing fast and looking for a

Quality Engineer

or

Senior Quality Engineer

. Whether you're early in your QE career or bring years of experience, we'll tailor the role to the right person.

What you'll be doing

Around 70% of your time will be focused on customer concerns and product issues that have left site. You'll own the investigation process end-to-end - leading 8D/RCA, liaising with clients, visiting customer sites when needed, and driving robust corrective actions.

The rest of your role will be split across:

New Product Introduction (15%)

- supporting NPI activities, agreeing robust quality plans and ensuring new parts are set up for success.

Production Support (15%)

- helping escalate and resolve quality issues identified by our on-site Quality Controllers.

What we're looking for

We're open-minded about experience level - anywhere from

Junior QE to Senior QE

. If you have:

A passion for quality and problem-solving Experience in root cause analysis and customer complaint resolution Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients An organised, proactive approach Manufacturing experience (ideally plastics or engineering - but not essential)
