Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure product safety and compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products. Analyse data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems promptly and effectively. Assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities. Maintain detailed documentation of quality activities, inspections, and audit results. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing process efficiencies and recommending enhancements. Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance.

Requirements



Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or related environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to promote a culture of quality. Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or Engineering are preferred but not essential. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach towards problem-solving and process optimisation.
