Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Facilitator to join our quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communication and implementation of QMS processes and procedures to enable group quality standards, customer requirements and comply with industry regulations. The Quality Facilitator will play a pivotal role in identifying root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective actions, auditing process and product quality and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Collaborate with teams to develop and implement Quality Control Plans, Quality Instructions and continual improvement initiatives. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to build awareness and understanding of quality standards and processes. Act as a point of contact for quality-related queries, offering guidance to stakeholders. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of products and manufacturing processes & deliver reports to stakeholders. Collect information and data to perform root cause analysis in addressing quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators such as COPQ and internal/external NCs. Maintaining adherence to QMS processes to ensure customer satisfaction i.e. PPAP/NPI and QC monitoring activities. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Completion of documentation and records related to quality assurance activities. Any other duties relevant to the role.

PREFFERED SKILLS



Proven experience as a Quality Facilitator, Co-Ordinator or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the roll forming or sheet metal forming industry. Skilled at training, mentoring and fostering positive relationships around a culture of continuous improvement & quality. Working knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with part approval processes (PPAP), measurement systems analysis (MSA), and statistical process control (SPC) desirable. Experience with Continual Improvement, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferable. Strong bias for data driven decision-making. Capable of suggesting improvements backed by data or measurement. Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about promoting quality initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ISO 9001 certification, IATF 16949, Construction Product Regulations for UKCA/CE marking).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



3-5 Years in a quality role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
