Now Hiring: Quality & Food Safety Program Manager (UK Remote | Permanent Role)Are you a seasoned quality and food safety leader ready to make a global impact?A fast-growing, US-based consumer goods company is seeking a UK-based Quality & Food Safety Program Manager to drive excellence across its international operations.In this fully remote, permanent role, you'll lead critical initiatives in HACCP, GFSI certifications (SQF/BRC), digital traceability, regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, FSMA), and quality system rollouts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and procurement-to elevate standards, reduce risk, and ensure consumer trust.What you'll bring:
- 7+ years in food safety/QA within food & beverage or consumer goods
- Expert knowledge of global food safety regulations and schemes
- Certifications like PCQI, HACCP, SQF Practitioner preferred
- Strong leadership, auditing, and project management skills
- Experience with QMS platforms, ERP systems, and analytics tools
