Due to our expanding business, we are searching for a Quality Inspector.
Full time 37.5 hrs per week with an early finish on a Friday.
Salary will be dependent on experience / qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on machined components.
Use manual measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Maintain inspection records.
Identify and report non-conformances, supporting continuous improvement efforts
Work closely with production to resolve quality issues if required.
Desirable:
Experience inspecting metal components
Proficient in the use of manual inspection tools.
Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing and engineering drawings.
Good communication skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward quality standards.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision with switching to and from multiple tasks throughout the day.
