Job Summary


We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes to contribute to our organisation's reputation for excellence.

Applicant will have an understanding of ISO quality requirements and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Duties



First-off inspections - Initial Components.

Stage Inspection - During production at various stages.

Final Inspection - Finished product. Ensuring customer's expectations are met.

Data Recording - Documenting inspection results/rework and internal NCRs.

Collaboration - Working with all operations to reduce internal and external nonconformities.

Housekeeping - Maintaining general housekeeping.

Experience



Essential

A background in fabrication, welding, machine tool production environments.

Experience with engineering drawings.

Strong IT skills.

Desirable

Ability to identify root causes of dimensional issues and implement corrective actions.

Experience supporting investigations into nonconformities and developing preventative actions.

Experience compiling first article inspection reports.

Experience of agricultural machinery and associated systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
