Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Quality Inspector to ensure that the company's quality management and production system is implemented and maintained within the division.

Main responsibilities:



Carry out efficient inspection & maintain inspection records Final release of customer product / Approved Signatory Liaison with production with regard to priorities and customer requirements Periodic Checks (wash, Leco, etc) Ensure that any equipment used is within calibration and in good condition Provide holiday/sickness cover as required including SAT/TUS, associated purchasing, reviewing/acceptance of purchased product/certificatio Raising and approving TDC Control of non-conformance Contract review Undertake site projects as instructed Follow company health and safety procedure Follow company environmental procedure Comply with all quality system requirements Maintain good working practices and housekeeping

Qualifications, experience and skills:



No formal qualifications required but evidence of good general education standard. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook. Hardness testing inspection experience preferred.
