The Position/Role



Overview:



As a Quality Inspector at Seetru, you will be an integral part of part of the Quality Team. As the first contact point for all inspection and calibration activities you will be responsible for:

Experience of conducting product inspection, visually and physical to drawings and specifications including
o Goods-In inspection, first and last off, sample, in-process production

Perform internal calibration coordinate outsourced calibration services Quality record management
o Documentation preparation (e.g. certificate of conformance(s), 3.1 material certificate(s)

o Document management (e.g. calibration certificates)

Identifying and reporting non-conformities Involvement in quality investigations Participate in internal quality audits ISO 9001 experience

Skills and Attributes



Knowledge of using and calibrating micrometers, pressure and height gauges and shadow graphs Working experience of deadweight tester for pressure gauge calibration Mechanical or relevant engineering experience Computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook CMM experience advantageous Attention to detail is essential Cross-functional teamwork skills and problem-solving attributes Willing and desire to learn and develop
