Role Overview:

Inspection of incoming parts into the business. It mainly includes the inspection of electronic components and any manufactured item purchased to Chemigraphic or customer drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities:

Inspection of all Mechanical and Electrical product using the inspection plans.

Inspection of all Bare Printed Circuit Boards.

Carrying out first article inspection including reports for the inspectable items.

Carrying out the disposition of the non-conforming material and returning to the suppliers.

Carrying out ERP transactions related to non-conforming material.

Liaison with suppliers with regards to non-conforming material and inspection reports (FAIRs).

Work with suppliers to receive corrective action reports and close NCRs in the ERP system.

Key Requirements:

A good Mechanical / Electronics Background.

Ability to use metrology equipment i.e. measuring equipments like Rule, Vernier calliper, Micrometre, etc.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - mechanical and electrical.

Able to understand the basics of technical drawings, measurements, and tolerances.

Experience of inspecting parts to IPC 600 standard.

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
