Company Overview
Nugent Coachworks Ltd is a leading manufacturer in heavy-duty commercial trailers, plant bodies and concrete mixer drums. The company has expanded its facilities and product range and as a result are growing our team and seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Inspector at our Magherafelt site.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of inspections. Support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in audits and certification processes as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing Strong analysis skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
