We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector for our Quality Team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector will be mainly responsible for the inspection of pulleys, sprockets and gears originating from our manufacturing division in various metals and plastics. They will ensure that all parts conform to drawing requirements and standards. The inspector will also be responsible for providing Quality Assurance (Mechanical) support to other business areas where appropriate, along with improving supplier performance and other improvement projects.

A leader, with a hands-on approach, a good understanding of engineering drawings and a keen attention to detail.
Able to work on own initiative and independently, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent computer literacy.

Relevant Experience:
Proven experience of working to ISO 9001 QMS within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment. Equipment used includes verniers, shadowgraph, Faro Arm and Trimos.
