We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities

Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with HACCP and other relevant safety protocols.
Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformities promptly to management.
Analyse data collected during inspections to identify trends or recurring issues, facilitating proactive quality improvements.
Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and optimise quality control procedures.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing or food processing environments is preferred.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and their practical application in ensuring product safety.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of quality issues.
Familiarity with industry standards related to product safety, hygiene, and quality assurance practices.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
