a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with safety regulations. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor manufacturing processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
Implement and uphold HACCP protocols to guarantee food safety and regulatory compliance.
Analyse data collected during inspections to identify trends and areas for process enhancement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Participate in internal audits and support external inspections as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in ensuring food safety.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and teamwork.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality assurance or food safety are desirable but not essential.
