Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyse data from inspections and testing to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide guidance on best practices. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken. Assist in the development and implementation of training programmes for staff on quality assurance procedures. Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information across all levels of the organisation.
