Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per week

About the Role




The Natural Power HSEQ department are a dynamic team of professionals that provide internal support to the Natural Power Business Units and externally in support of our clients. The team's role is to ensure all activities carried out by business are delivered safely, responsibly, effectively achieving this by advising, training, coaching, and auditing the business.


We're looking for a confident and proactive

Quality & Management Systems Advisor

to join our

HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality)

team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement who wants to make a real impact in a purpose-driven organisation.

What you'll do:



Lead the promotion of quality best practice across the business through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring Deliver the internal audit programme and manage external ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001 and more) Drive improvements in our Integrated Management System and document control processes Develop and manage our company-wide Health & Wellbeing Programme, including support for Mental Health First Aiders Support CAPA system management, generate performance reports, and lead on quality data insights Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all departments

What you'll bring:



HND (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field; a degree and QA experience are a bonus 3+ years in a quality, health & safety or environmental role Experience with document management systems and project coordination Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills Lead Auditor ISO 9001 qualification (desirable) and knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 and 27001 standards
