Quality Manager

to join our team on a

12-month fixed-term basis

, supporting key pharmaceutical and process industry projects.

Key Deliverables





As our Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our construction activities meet the highest standards. You'll work closely with project teams to embed quality into every stage of delivery, from planning through to handover.




Your responsibilities will include:




Leading the implementation of Quality Plans and audit schedules. Partnering with construction, completions, and commissioning teams to plan and deliver quality reviews and sign-offs. Promoting awareness and understanding of quality requirements across the project. Supporting the development of project plans through process improvement initiatives. Acting as the primary point of contact for quality assurance on-site. Coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure timely and thorough quality sign-offs. Supporting the creation of comprehensive Quality Dossiers and Handover Packs.



About You





We're seeking someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You'll be joining a supportive team where your ideas are valued and your growth is encouraged.


Qualifications & Training




IRCA Internal Auditor (required) Degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred) IRCA Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Yellow Belt), and construction safety training (beneficial)



Experience




Experience in construction QA/QC, ideally within EPCm contracts and pharmaceutical/process environments. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems in multidisciplinary project settings. Strong auditing background, including planning, execution, and close-out. Confident in facilitating lessons learned and improvement workshops.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors.
