The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of quality change control projects and processes, to ensure continued compliance to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 requirements. This role oversees and manages the document control and change control process, ensuring that all actions are properly documented, controlled, and implemented efficiently across the organisation. You will be responsible for coordination of change control projects at head office and acquired companies, including running project meetings, ensuring cross functional actions are completed to an agreed timeline and gathering evidence for project closure. Responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs.
Duties will include:
Responsible for project management for company QMS, document and product changes.
Responsible for coordinating project teams from cross functional departments at head office and remote locations, for successful project completion in line with set project timelines.
Responsible for documenting project plans, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Manages the coordination of the change control process, leads change control meetings, and ensures timely completion of all actions.
Leads the process for reduction of the quantity of open historic change controls.
Generates trending data for analysis and discussion during quality review meetings, including responsibility for setting and monitoring KPIs related to change controls.
Ensures timely completion of document reviews.
Uploads and archives documents to the Quality Management System (QMS) as required.
Maintain responsibility for the document master list
Undertakes any other duties as may be requested by the Head of Quality or Compliance Director.
