We are looking for a proactive Quality & Risk Assistantto join the Quality & Risk team in our Bath/Bristol office,working with Quality & Risk supporting the wider business. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. To be our next Quality & Risk Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:
Managing AML CDD monitoring process
Running conflict checks
Liaising with others on resolving gaps in anti-money laundering documentation
Assisting with general AML queries and escalating as necessary
Assisting legal teams with obtaining AML documentation
Assisting in providing data and information for panel applications, CQS renewals, pitches etc.
Assisting with tracing unidentified post identifying relevant clients/matters/fee earners and recording findings
Insurance renewals
Processing Accuity
Work Acceptance processes
Data cleansing
Assisting with auditing, monitoring and reporting activity
Understanding of corporate or trust structures
Understanding of the SRA Codes of Conduct
Whilst this role is based in Bath/Bristol office there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners, based at our other offices. It's important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you're organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
