Job Description
We are seeking a
freelance Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager
to lead and manage acommercial construction project in Basildon
. This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience in overseeing medium-sized builds from groundworks to Steel erection.Key Responsibilities:
Full project oversight from planning to completion Coordination of all trades including groundwork and steel installation Management of Health & Safety compliance across site Budget control and cost reporting Liaison with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience managing commercial projects of similar scale Strong working knowledge of H&S regulations Ability to manage multiple trades and timelines Excellent communication and organisational skills
