Duties
Prepare and manage cost estimates for construction projects from inception to completion.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and financial implications.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost assessments.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes as they arise.
Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions related to projects.

Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and methodologies within the construction industry.
