Job Description
Towersbridge Group are working in partnership with a leading construction company that are specialists within the Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure and the Public Works sectors. With over 30 years in the industry you will be joining the major projects team that are working on exciting projects throughout the UK ensuring profitability through the project cycle whilst maintaining client relationships.
What will you be doing:
Producing and presenting in depth and accurate CVR's Regular Site Visits Producing accurate bills of quantities Preparation and correct issuing of contracts Completing full tenders Taking accurate briefing notes from clients Subcontractor and supplier procurement
What we need from you:
Degree of equivalent in Quantity Surveying Ideally 3 years of experience in the refurb and fit out space Full UK driving licence A good level of numeracy
What is on offer:
50,000 - 60,000 a year Opportunity for hybrid working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week) Car allowance Bonus scheme
